Watch later has a shelf life.

Your saves are rotting.

LinkRot brings back the videos, posts, and articles you swore you would get to—then makes you decide what happens next.

Then ‘watch later’ becomes never.

Fresh finds stack up. Seven becomes fourteen. The queue keeps the pile visible instead of hiding it in six different apps.

Time makes the decision harder.

Age stays attached to every item. At three days it warns you. At seven, the excuses get harder to defend.

A useful queue is a smaller queue.

The survivors become a searchable library. The rest stop taking up mental shelf space.

01 / 06Save it before you lose it.

A queue built for decisions.

LinkRot does not help you collect more. It helps each save earn a watch, a folder, or a clean exit.

Resurface

Old links come back up for air.

Morning and evening rot checks count what is waiting. A kept item can also remind you tomorrow at 11:00.

Preserve

The good ones earn a shelf.

Keep watched links in searchable folders. Rename them, add the note future-you needs, and stop treating every save as precious.

Clear

The satisfying part is the number going down.

Open the source, mark it watched, keep it, or swipe it away. Your profile tracks saved, watched, watch rate, rot, and streaks.

What can I save?

TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Reddit, Threads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and ordinary web pages. If iOS can share the link, LinkRot can put it in the queue.

How do reminders work?

Optional morning and evening rot checks tell you how many items are waiting, broken down by source. Kept items can also get a one-time reminder at 11:00 the next day.

Is LinkRot another bookmarking app?

No. Bookmarking apps optimize the save. LinkRot optimizes the decision after it: open it, mark it watched or read, keep the useful ones, and delete the rest.

Will LinkRot play or delete things automatically?

No. A tap opens the original source app or page. You choose when something is watched, kept, or deleted. LinkRot never makes that decision for you.

Can I organize things into folders?

Yes. Items worth preserving move out of the queue into searchable folders. You can rename them and add a note so you remember why they survived.

Will there be an iOS app?

iOS is first. The waitlist gets one email when it is ready—no newsletter sequence and no weekly countdown.

What about Android and browser extensions?

A Chrome extension is being prepared alongside launch so desktop links can enter the same queue. Android comes after the iOS release.

How is my data handled?

Your account stores the links, titles, notes, folders, and queue state needed to sync LinkRot. Account data is private to you, and the privacy policy explains the details. LinkRot does not sell your saved content.

Is it free?

Launch plans include a 7-day free trial, followed by a subscription. Final store pricing will be shown clearly before the trial starts.
