What we collect

Waitlist: the email address you submit, and when you submitted it. Nothing else.

Account: your email address, an optional display name, and your authentication credentials, managed by our infrastructure provider Supabase.

Your queue and library: the links you share into the app, their titles and thumbnails (fetched from the source platform), the folders you create, the notes you write, and timestamps for when items were saved, watched, or kept. This is the product — without it there is no queue.

Subscription status: purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive a subscription status signal via RevenueCat (active, trial, expired) tied to your account. We never see or store your payment details.

Analytics

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand whether the site is doing its job. It records page views, button clicks, and anonymous usage events. We do not run ads, sell analytics data, or record sessions.

Analytics data is not tied to your waitlist email. The email goes to the waitlist; the anonymous usage events go to PostHog. We do not join those records together.

What we don't collect

No advertising identifiers, no cross-app tracking, no selling or renting data to anyone, no third-party ad networks. Notifications (the daily rot count and any reminders you set) are scheduled locally on your device — the content of those notifications never touches our servers.

The Chrome extension

The LinkRot browser extension saves pages you explicitly choose into your queue. When you click save it sends the page's address and title (plus any note you type) to your account — the same place the app saves to. Signing in uses your existing LinkRot account.

The extension does not read your browsing history, does not track the pages you visit, and does not collect anything on pages where you don't use it. It stores your login session locally in your browser and nothing else. We don't sell or share any of it — same policy as the app.

Where your data lives

Account data and your queue are stored with Supabase (hosted in the EU, Frankfurt region) and protected by row-level security — your data is readable only by your authenticated account. Waitlist emails are stored on our infrastructure until launch, then used solely to send TestFlight invites and launch news.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Deleting an item removes it permanently. Deleting your account (Profile → Delete account, in the app) permanently removes your account and everything you've saved — there is no soft-delete or retention window on our side.

You can leave the waitlist at any time by replying to any email we send, or emailing us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data. Most of this you can do directly in the app; for anything else, email support@twobricklabs.com and we'll handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app or by email before it takes effect. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
