LinkRotTerms of Service
Effective July 12, 2026
These terms cover the LinkRot website, waitlist, and iOS app, operated by Two Brick Labs. By joining the waitlist or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
LinkRot is a queue for links you save: it tracks their age, reminds you they exist, and lets you keep the ones worth keeping. It requires an account and a paid subscription.
The waitlist is free. Joining it means we'll email you about TestFlight invites and launch — nothing else — and you can leave it anytime.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store and billed to your Apple account, subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period; you can cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Your content
The links, folders, and notes you save are yours. You give us permission to store and display them back to you — that's the entire use. We claim no ownership and never share them with third parties beyond the infrastructure needed to run the service.
LinkRot links out to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and others). Their content is theirs and governed by their terms; we don't host, control, or endorse it.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempting to break authentication or access other users' data, no using the service to store unlawful material, no reselling or scraping it. We may suspend accounts that do.
Warranties and liability
LinkRot is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Brick Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may modify or discontinue features (or the service) with reasonable notice; if we discontinue the service entirely, active subscribers get a pro-rata window handled through Apple.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we'll notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
